The spiral squeeze sludge dehydrator belongs to the screw press dehydrator. The equipment skillfully uses the automatic renewal filter cake filtering technology to replace the traditional filter screen filtering, and the automatic renewal filter cake filtering technology ensures the continuous and stable sludge water separation effect of the dehydrator. Application

2. It is suitable for dehydration of high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering sludge with low concentration (2000mg/L~), it is unnecessary to build thickener and storage tank, reduce construction cost, and reduce phosphorus release and anaerobic odor generation.

Working principle

Concentrate
When the spiral drive shaft rotates, the multiple solid and movable laminations arranged at the periphery of the drive shaft move relatively. Under the action of gravity, water is filtered out from the relatively moving lamination gap to achieve rapid concentration.

Dehydration
The thickened sludge moves forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft; Along the outlet direction of the mud cake, the screw pitch of the spiral axis gradually decreases, the gap between rings also gradually decreases, and the volume of the spiral chamber continuously shrinks; Under the action of the back pressure plate at the outlet, the internal pressure gradually increases. Under the continuous operation of the spiral drive shaft, the water in the sludge is squeezed out, and the solid content of the filter cake continues to increase, finally realizing the continuous dehydration of the sludge.

Self cleaning
The rotation of the spiral shaft drives the traveling ring to rotate continuously. The equipment realizes a continuous self-cleaning process by relying on the movement between the fixed ring and the traveling ring, thereby ingeniously avoiding the common blockage problem of traditional dehydrators.
