The role of the oil pump

Oil pump is a key component essential to the normal operation of the engine. The role of the oil pump is to press the oil in the oil sump to the oil filter and the lubriing oil channel after pressurization, so as to lubrie the main moving parts of the engine and make the oil get filtered.
When the engine is working, the oil pump keeps working, so as to ensure that the oil is circulating in the lubriing oil path. Under various working conditions of the engine, the oil pump should ensure the supply of sufficient lubriing oil. As the speed of the oil pump is proportional to the engine speed, the oil pump has the worst oil supply capacity at low speed.
