Q: Do you have the products in stock?

A: Yes, most of the items are in stock. The goods will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days after payment received. For the products out of stock, it will take around 5-7 working days to make shipment.

Q: How do I know if you ship out my order?

A: The tracking number (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, etc.) or Air Waybill or Bill of Loading B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as your goods are shipped out, we also follow up the delivery and keep you informed.
