The main manufacture process:

1.Pipe punching: The hole is equality.
2. Panel Welded: a Welded point is strong, but the welding spot is small, made your fence looked beautiful.
3.Polishing: Make sure the edge smooth, cutting parts must be flat polished, there shall not be cut marks.
4.Shot blasting: Make the surface smooth, improve the adhesion of powder.
5.Powder coating: powder coated to exacting standards, by professionals who have invested heavily in
"State of the Art" technology.
6.Packing: Each panel packed with air bubble film, then in an iron pallet, and the outside has a total air bubble
film. Standard export packing, prevent damaged and damp.

1) Our panels are made out of

thicker material top and bottom rails 40x40x1.6 and 25x25x1.2 for all verticals
2)The gap in between the verticals is 110mm compared to wider gaps with others.
3) We use for all our panels galvanized material only.
4) Very important is that we phosphate wash our panels before powder coating which means a very

high-quality powder coating which will long last many many years compared to my competitors.
