• Neodymium badge magnets are made of neodymium magnets and stainless steel which are known for their strength and durability. Stainless steel is used in the front plate which doesn't rust which can be an issue with standard safety pin style name badges. When combined with a dark blue plastic coated magnetic backplate, these name badge magnets are an effective choice that can be used in all environments without having to worry about rust.

• Name badge magnets have the added benefit of not damaging your clothes and being much safer than name badge magnets with pins.

• Each component of these name badge magnets are designed to maximize the holding force while keeping the size down. Super strong neodymium magnets in the back plate are arranged in alternating polarity in order to form a magnetic circuit that enhances their strength.

Crosshatches are present on the surface of the stainless steel front plate which creates extra grip to prevent heavier name badges from slipping and sliding when used with smoother fabrics and materials. On the back of the front plate is a pre-applied strip of heavy-duty double-sided foam tape which is excellent when used on smooth surfaces.
