FD Series Vacuum Freeze Dryer High Efficiency For Solid Liquid Gaseous
Description:
Water has three phases: solid, liquid and gaseous. According to the
theory of phase equilibrium in thermodynamics, with the decrease of
pressure, the freezing point of water does not change much, but the
boiling point is getting lower and lower, and approaches the
freezing
point. When the pressure drops to a certain vacuum, the boiling
point of water coincides with the freezing point, and the ice can
be directy vaporized into gas without being liquid. This process is
called sublimation. Vacuum freeze-drying is to sublimate and remove
frozen water from food under the three-phase point of water, i.e.
at low temperature and low pressure. According to this principle,
the wet matenal in the material can be frozen below the freezing
point, so that the moisture in the material can be changed into
solid ice, the the ice can be directly converted into steam under
the appropriate vacuum environment, and then the water vapor
condenser in the vacuum system can be used to condense the water
vapor, so that the material can be dried. This method of obtaining
drying by vacuum freezing is a process of changing and moving the
state of water. This process occurs at low temperature and low
pressure. Therefore, the basic princip e of freeze drying is the
mechanism of heat and mass transfer at low temperature and low
pressure We dry the material in freezing condition. During the
drying process, the ice does not melt. The process of direct
vaporization and dryingof ice from solid state is called
freeze-drying (for short, freeze -drying).
