Introduction

This machine relies on the motor triangle belt to drive the impeller to rotate, produce centrifugal effect to form negative pressure, so that the slurry absorbs enough air, and then mix the slurry with the reagent, and at the same time refine the foam, as much as possible to allow the minerals to be adsorbed on the surface of the foam to become a mineral foam.

This type of flotation machine is flotation machine for relatively coarse particles and suitable for grading of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals and non-metallic minerals in SMEs. The particle size of 0.074mm accounts for 45%~98% in its handled material particles sizes, and it handles ore pulp with the concentration <45%. Its features are: absorbing air naturally with the volume up to 1.2 m³/(m2.min); absorbing ore pulp naturally and able to absorb feeding and foam middlings from the outside of the machine; horizontal deployment for operations of flotation machine available; godd ore pulp circulation in the cell, steady liquid level, without rotation of ore pulp or flower-like phenomenon in the cell; high separation efficiency and improving the recovery percentage of coarse and fine minerals; low power consumption, saving 15%~20% power consumption compared with flotation machines of the same kind with the same specifications and able to absorb adequate air and ore pulp at the meantime; long service life of quick-wear parts, especially the service life of the impeller and stator which is over 1 time longer than that of flotation machines of the same kind.

GF flotation machine can also be deployed together with JJF flotation machine. Deployed horizontally, GF flotation machine serves as the suction cell for job steps of roughing, scavenging and concentration while JJF flotation machine serves as the green cell. There is no need for foam pump for returning of middlings.
