2. Introduction:

500mm Four High Two Stand Tandem Cold Mill is used to produce steel strips conforming to national standards GB716, GB708, YB/T025, etc. , the raw materials used in the production line are hot-rolled steel strips conforming to national standards.

4. Process Flow:

Loading & Decoiling → Shearing → welding → Disc Accumulator → Turnove Stand → Vertical Roller Guide → F1 Four Gigh Rolling Mill (thickness measurement and tension measurement) → F2 Four Gigh Rolling Mill (thickness measurement) → Outlet Platform (degreasing) → Shearing → Recoiler → Unloading

5. Packaging

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.

6. Warranty term: 12 months (excluding easy-broken parts)
