3. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
A. Unit shuts off unexpectedly or does not operate.

Check that the filter is in the unit and locked.
Check that the front panel is latched firmly in place.
B. No air circulating from unit
Unplug unit. Check filter. Replace filter if necessary.
C. Increase in noise level
Make sure the filter is clean. Replace if necessary.
D. Odors and smoke are not removed.
Clean or replace the filter if it appears to be heavily soiled.
E. The discharged air has an aroma or odor
Check to see if the filter is heavily soiled. Replace the filter. Turn off the Ionizer
F. Air quality indicator constantly shows poor air quality
