DIN 2391 ST52 Chemical Composition Steel Grade and Chemical Compositions:

ST52 steel tube equivalent are EN10025-1994 1.0570 S355, DIN 2393 & 2394 1.0570 ST 52-3 and DIN 2391-2

1.0580 ST 52. ST52 steel tubes are high strength structural steel, low alloy.

DIN 2391 ST52 pipe properties is that of a Chemical Composition of P max 0.025, C ≤0.22, Mn ≤1.6, Si ≤0.55 and S

max 0.025. DIN 2391 ST52 pipes have a Tensile Strength of 600 Mpa Min. The Yield Strength of DIN 2391 ST52 pipes

is 520 Mpa Min. DIN 2391 ST52 pipes have an Elongation of 14% min.

Tip:

Honing pipe: the cold-rolled precision seamless steel pipe is a hydraulic steel pipe made of finished seamless steel pipe or

raw seamless steel pipe, after acid pickling, phosphating, saponification treatment, and then rolled by the cold-rolled pipe mill.

The precision of hydraulic steel pipe is very high, which can generally be controlled at 0. 02-0. Within 05mm, the standard is

gb3639-83, the allowable deviation of inner diameter is 0.03mm, and the inner surface roughness is ra 0.2 ~ 0.8 μ m.

Straightness of hydraulic steel pipe: 0.3 ~ 1.5mm/m, which is specially used as the barrel diameter of oil steel.

Weight of seamless steel pipe kg/m = (OD - WT) * wt * 0.02466, where OD is the outer diameter and WT is the wall thickness
