Ice cream cone machine is driven by the 3phase power and baking oven is heating with gas(natural gas or liquid gas).The producing ability is very high and automatic ice cream cone machine is all automatic from spraying the batter,baking,forming,falling off from molds,conveying products,stacking and counting.

Sugar Cone Baking Machine Feature

Double Layered Panel Door. It reduces heat loss from the oven, saving energy and keeping the panel cool.

Gas system. Auto ignition system is installed. Special design nozzle to give clear blue flames and increase energy efficiency. Universal burner allow LPG, natural gas and some other type fuel.

Process:

1. The stirred dough is delivered to the baking pans by the slurry pump.

2. The upper and lower plates of the baking plate are automatically closed, and the cakes are baked according to the preset thickness of the cakes.

3. When the baking plate turned to the position of the manipulator(it has been baked already), and the manipulator absorbs baked cake sends them to the forming mold.

4. The forming mold rolls the cake into a cone shape, and then sends it to the conveyor belt for the arrangement
