Threaded Stainless Steel Nut for joining sanitary process lines (Metric version)

Threaded DIN 11851 comes in tube sizes ranging from 25 - 100. Products are stainless steel alloy available in 316L.

Product Description

DIN round nuts fit over the threads of the welding male, and secure the welding liner and gasket inside the welding male. A DIN wrench is used to tighten the nut by hooking the wrench into the round nut grooves and turning in a clockwise direction. Round nuts are combined with other same DIN fittings based on the metric size.

DIN Wrenches

DIN wrenches hook into the grooves on the round nut and allow the nut to be fully tightened following hand tightening. While the DIN wrenches may overlap in size, it is generally recommended to use a 3 - 6 in. spanner wrench for nuts 80mm or larger.

DIN Fittings (Deutsches Institute for Normung) are used extensively in Germany and throughout Europe in many Hygienic Industries and Brewing and Distilling

6. How about your delivery time

What we pursure is the high efficiency movement pattern,the stainless steel fastener delivery time about 15days,the carbon steel fastener will it about 30days

Usually 25KG/carbon,36CTNS on the pallets,or 20-30kg/Bags,then on the pallet,QBH company personalized packagingis also available,like 10PCS/plastic bag or 10pcs/box,it can print some information

such as LOGO and pattern of customers.

8. What is your payment term
