Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: we are direct and professional factory, we major in producing brass products, like gate valve, ball valve, stop valve, check valve, gas valve, bibcock. angle valve, brass accessory, ect. and we can be customized design once you have provided us with the sample.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for valve? and how long will it take?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test. For existing sample, it takes 2-3 days, If you want your own designs, it takes 7-10 days

Q3: How do you ship the goods?
A: We usually ship by sea from NINGBO or SHANGHAI port. Airline shipping and railway transportation are also optional, which depends on you.
