Smoothness Tester

Application
The Smoothness Tester is used to detect paper and paperboard surface smoothness of a special instrument, is based on the international general Buick BEKK smoothing instrument working principle of the latest design and development of an intelligent paper and paperboard smoothness performance testing instrument. It is suitable for paper making enterprises, printing enterprises, quality supervision bureau and scientific research institutions.

1. Micro computer processing system, LCD display, PVC Controlling interface, easy to use
2. German vacuum pump, the pump can working without adding oil
3. Micro printer output, data can output conveniently and quickly
4. Adopted accurate air flow detecting techniques, machine can detect testing range of specimen and change testing range automatically. And control air leak speed according to different specimen, to make sure 60s of prepressing according to standard requirement.
5. Clamp specimen and finish test automatically.
6. Fast Testing Mode, greatly shorten testing time, testing time is within 130s.
7. Two sides difference calculating function. Machine can test smoothness of both sides and calculate, display and print difference between them.
