This is CHM-T36VA, a small desk-top pick and place machine

CHM-T36VA, equipped with vision system, is the full-automatic pick and placement machine specially designed for users to connect an external computer so as to modify, edit, and access files conveniently.

It is characterized by 29 tape feeding stacks, support for stick feeders.14 general IC stacks preset at the front end and several self-defined IC tray stacks in the rear.automatic correction to pick components, and automatic positioning through recognition of Mark Point.

10. Z axis detection, machine's pull needle automatically return to origin to avoid nozzles broken.
11. Max height component support 5mm.
12. Closed-loop control, X,Y Axis with encoder, not out of step.
13. PCB calibrated by two components position, then rest components will be calibrated automatically.
14. With vacuum detection, with automatic feeding, if one component suck crooked, it will automatically throw it to deposit area, then pick a new one to mount again.
