Description of retractable bleachering seating motor and power system:

(1) During operation, it can cooperate with a movable control switch to perform forward and backward.

(2) Imported deceleration motor is used to drive gear transmission, and the special wide PU friction wheel is used to rub against the floor to promote the movement of the stands. All motors in each part realize the expansion and contraction of independent modules, and special codes are equipped to ensure parallel between modules. Each code is controlled by a computer system.

(3) The driving system can ensure that when encountering ground defects and obstacles, it provides sufficient power and does not run off the track.

Drive mechanism:

Electric control type, with infrared remote control and limited manual control. It adopts imported three-phase geared motor with electric power of 0.55KW and voltage of 380V. It has the characteristics of large reduction ratio, high efficiency, low noise, few failures and long life. The anti-deflection device is installed to ensure that the movable stand can be easily extended and contracted without deviation. The telescopic mechanism is flexible, has low working noise and does not scratch the floor.

It can be matched with a variety of styles of seats: low back, high back folding plastic seats, folding soft-pack seats, seats with armrests, etc., styles are optional. The plastic seat material is: high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the soft seat material: fireproof fiber + ergonomic memory foam.

Structural features of the (manual) retractable grandstand:

The frame part is identical to the electric grandstand, except that the telescopic drive is manual.
After the grandstand is stretched in place, as long as the special handle is inserted into the first row of brake holes, according to the direction of rotation, you can lock the grandstand, to achieve the purpose of grandstand positioning.
The brakes must be lifted when the grandstand is closed in order to push the grandstand.
