Product introduction:
The laser welding system is composed of fiber laser, laser power
supply, control system, laser indication and positioning system,
motion system, rotating system, vibrator laser welding joint,
cooling system, etc. The laser generator adopts continuous wave
fiber laser with high stability of energy output.
The laser welding machine adopts 1000-3000 watt fiber laser, which
has high electro-optical conversion efficiency and long laser life,
which can reach 100,000 hours. 25%-30% of the energy provided by
the power supply is converted into light energy, and the
electro-optical conversion rate is 10 times that of the YAG laser.
It is a kind of intelligent operation with integrated anti-static
type of light, machine, electricity, water, and gas.
The cooling system of fiber laser welding machine is composed of
temperature measuring device, water circulation, radiator and
deionized resin. The temperature measuring device detects the water
temperature in the water tank in real time and judges whether the
water temperature is too high. If the temperature exceeds the upper
limit, the system will automatically shut down the laser to avoid
damage to the laser. After the machine is opened, the water
circulation and the radiator form heat exchange with the outside
world, which quickly takes away the heat generated when the laser
is working to ensure that the laser works normally. The cooling
system and the whole machine adopt the integrated design, which
makes the system more concise and occupies a small area.
