A: We are a screen factory with more than 10 years experience. Our products are rental screen, fixed screen, outdoor billboard screen, lamp pole screen, logo screen, led poster, etc. We also accept some customized screen like fine pixel pitch screen, curve screen, etc.

Q: What kind of inspection you can provide?

A: EXCEL LED has multiple tests from material purchasing to finished products by different departments, like QA, QC, sales representative, to guarantee all signage players are in perfect condition before shipment. We also accept the inspection by the third party you appointed.

Q: What is your guarantee period?

A: EXCEL LED provides 2 years quality guarantee for the products from your purchase date, except the human damage and force majeure factor.

Q: How can I pay for the order?

A: Our payment terms: T/T, Western Union, etc.

1) For sample order: 100% T/T or Western Union in advance.

2) For bulk order: T/T (Bank Transfer),50% down payment, 50% balance should be paid before the delivery of the goods.
