1. The reinforcing mesh welding machine cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system . The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, separate welding. Longitudinal wires adopt per-cut wires,line wires are put by hand based on the positioning device,then automatic tightening and send the down electrodes by sending line wires car installed with the step motor; When the mesh is being welded, line wires of the next mesh can be placed, which greatly shortens the working interval time of the machine.

3. Cross wires also adopt pre-cut wires,the cross wire hopper obtains wires by motor driver devices, electric magnetic increase feeding device auto-feeding the wefts into the preparation area of the device from the large storing hopper(storage up to 1000kg),it is installed in the removable pulling mesh rack,very convenient to adjust and maintain.

4. Our transformers adopts big power at 200KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system,so the machine can work for 24 hours continuously.

5. Pulling mesh way adapts servo motor back and forward according to the setting parameters into the touch screen.

1. 11KW electromagnetic brake motor for the longitudinal wire and cross intersection to provide fexible welding pressure, welding smooth,less splash and has a good braking function to ensure the welding quality. Better control the inerita of the crankshaft movement,so that make sure the mesh size is less error.

2. Cross wire feeding device,Cross wires fall from the special hopper according to the control cabinet automatically. And the hopperc can load 1.5 tons rebar. Save a lot labor cost and increase production capacity.

3. The reinforcing mesh welding machine has the function of cross wire detection.When the cross wire has not fallen to the welding position, The reinforcing mesh welding machine will stop working automatically.

4. The puling mesh car adopts the special hook to clamp the cross wires by air cylinder and is driven by servo motor back and forward. The pulling mesh car rack frame and the cross wire falling hopper can be moved to the pulling mesh direction as a whole. Which provide the operation space for the machine adjustment.Greatly enhanse the adjustment efficiency when changing the longitudinal wire space. This is very easy to operate. 5. The welding transformer adopts 200KVA every one.Which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling ststem which make the temperature cool down make the service life more longer.

6. The up and down welding electrodes all adopt special CuCrZr, the electricity conductivity hardness and wear resistance are very good.

7. After all the parameters are set into the control cabinet. The workers only need to operate these buttons to finish all the work. The operation is very easy.
