Wire Self-cleaning vibrationg screen are made by precrimped wires with band , which has up to 30% more open area than woven wire that improve throughput greatly .

There are 3 type configurations
End type
Flat sheet or Hooked . Hook standard based on ISO14315 .

Material –steel wire
Adopt high tensile steel rod or S . S. wire with hard drawn or special heat treatment processing makes the harder , more abrasive
and wear resistant wire Process based on DIN 10270 .

Type S ( Diamond ): for precise material passing :

This type of mesh is used in installations where materials with high temperature, for example asphalt, are processed.
The fabrics consist of steel wires kept at a suitable distance by assemblies also made of steel wires.
The assemblies are normally realized in position such that they correspond to the positions of the sieve sleepers.​

Type D ( Triangular ): for heavy load or high impact material passing .
Anti-matting meshes with straight and wavy wires in the same plane of the screening surface with several pieces of wires together.

Type W ( wave ) :reduces blinding of wet and sticky materials:

Anti-matting meshes with corrugated wires on the same screening surface with polyurethane weaves to classify materials without
high cutting precision.
Screen inspection is based on ISO 14315.
