Two drums can work simultaneously and independently. Auto spooling tool device makes sure wire being wrapped and stored properly. It is controlled locally or remotely. Force meter hydraulic bake can be equipped as alternatively. It is widely used on engineering ship, tug boat, dry dock and floating dock.
