Explosion proof submersible pump overview:

The submersible sea water pump is consists of three parts: motor and pump. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump, which is a three-phase asynchronous motor with explosion proof, EXDIIBT6 class. And, we manufacturer sea water submersible pump strictly according to our customer's design drawing. This customer ordered submersible water pump to pumping water from ship fore peak tank, therefore, we have to take installed drawings seriously. We made submersible pump curves and all technical details with customer's engineer. Finally, we won the order within 2 months.

Submersible water pump working conditions:
Proper medium: liquids with chemical property similar to pure water should be non-corrosive. Solid size should be no larger than 30% of the pump suction diameter. Fiber length should not be over 2.5 times of the pump suction diameter. When the medium density is more than 1.05, the motor power should be increased accordingly to prevent the motor from overload operation.
