A. We are a manufacturing company based in Shenzhen.For the past 7 years we havebeen producing and developing UV LED products.

Q3. What is your main products?

Q4. How do i know what wavelength is suitable for me?
A. Normally Wavelength of UV LED lamps is between 365-405nm, inkjet printers use 395nm,

printing machine use 385/395nm , UV glue curing requires 365nm.
Q5. What kind of brands do you use to produce UV LEDs?
A. We use the following brands Epileds,LG,Seoul.

Matters needing attention
Warm tips, in order to make our products play the best performance and reduce customer failure in the use of products, please note:
1) During the whole process of use, all people who are in direct contact with UVLED should take measures to prevent and eliminate static electricity, and do not touch the UV light emitting diode directly with their hands.
2) When welding, attention should be paid to the welding time and temperature, and the positive and negative polarities should be distinguished.
3) Electrical parameters such as current and voltage should not exceed the rated values.

For high power weliding using UV LED the following points should be followed
1) The operation of welding should not exceed the time limit;
2)Make sure that the welding temprature is below 260C degrees at all time.
3)Aviod lens damage during welding.
4) Make sure that the cooling system is working actively, efficeiently and is dissipating heat.
