1. The layer cage structure is designed as a single cage, the size of each cage is 65*62.5*50 cm, short distance between two cage frames make the cages not easy to be deformed, also available to adjust the rearing density according to customer's request

2. The layer space is 65 cm, and the increase in height is in favour of ventilation and cooling. The maximum layers/floors of equipment can be up to 10 tiers, to provide strong support for future large-scaled breeding.

3. There is a refining device under the feeding open, and it can adjust the open size according to the chicken age to save the feeds.
4. The feeding machine is equipped with egg belt blower on both sides to reduce the dust falls on the egg belt polluting the eggs, to ensure the eggs surface be smooth and bright.

1. The egg collection system is composed of two parts: an egg collection device and an egg transfer device. The egg collection method is layer-by-layer collection, and the working efficiency is 5-6 meters/minute.
2. The eggs are only rolled one time from the egg belt the egg conveyor line, then will keep motionless when be transferred to the egg house, reduce the eggs collision and damage.
3. The conveyor line is interlocked by separate metal bars, with simple installation. The single metal bar can be directly replaced if any problems. Maintenance is fast and to ensure the normal operation of equipment.

1. Manure removal belt: PP material, introducing the Spain's unique design on the principle of tightening under the loose, which can automatically adjust its degree of tightness to prevent manure belt running out of its orbit.
2. There is the secondary manure removal device afterbody to avoid the chicken manure residue on the manure belt.
3. There is the galvanized & coated box in the back to avoid chicken manure or feathers falling into the aisle, then ensure the chicken house be clean.
