General Introduction
ERW219x8.0mm high frequency straight welded pipe production line is designed to manufacture welded steel pipe of Φ89mm-Φ219mm with wall thickness from 3.0mm-8.0mm, together with welded steel square & rectangular tube of 70X70-170X170mm with wall thickness from 3.0-7.0mm. After absorbing advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line are not only economical but also practical. This pipe line adopts our latest technology ZTF forming technique for round pipe, allowing shared-usage of rollers during break-down section with no need of roller replacement when producing different sized tube, therefore achieve in reducing roller cost, labor cost, and potential risk of hazard.
What is ZTF?
ZTF is a kind of forming technology developed by Zhongtai Company in 2005, which absorbed advanced technology from both domestic and international, and then earn “Technology Innovation Award” by China Cold Forming Steel Association.
ZTF Characteristics:
Do not need to change moulds in breakdown section, saving about 60% cost on the rolls
Roll changing time is cut down greatly, breakdown section does not need to change moulds and just adjust is ok. And it can cut-down producing period.
Release labor intensity.
Roll forming technology, the caliber is different and propitious for X70,N80 steel strip.
The steel strip is distorted and beared more reasonably, to reduce the rub between the strip and roller, and also reduce the waste of the roller.
It is easier to restore and adjust roller.
