The special granulator for organic fertilizer is the latest technology product developed by the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute with many years of experience in the design and production of organic fertilizer processing equipment. It is used to granulate various organic matter after fermentation, breaking through the conventional organic matter granulation process, No need to dry the raw materials before granulation. After the raw materials are crushed, the spherical particles can be processed directly by mixing, which can save a lot of energy. The produced particles are spherical and the organic content can be as high as 99%, realizing pure organic granulation. The organic particles can be embedded and grown up under a certain effect, and no adhesive is added during granulation. The granules are firm and can be sieved after granulation, reducing drying energy consumption, and the moisture content of the raw materials can be about 20%-40%.
The machine is composed of a body part, a granulation rotor part, and a transmission part.
The working principle is that the material enters the machine from the inlet at one end of the machine body, and is continuously pushed by the granulating rotor and mechanically moved with the machine shell to achieve the purpose of granulation. The finished particles are pushed out of the machine at the other end of the machine body.
The rotor is driven by the motor and reducer of the transmission part. The transmission part and the body part are mostly fixed on the same frame.
