According to the size of the pressure on the pressed material and the depth of the pressed oil, the pressing method can be divided into Primary Pressing and Pre-pressing.

Primary pressing, also known as full pressing, requires the pressing process to extract as much oil as possible from the pressed material, with residual oil in the cake generally being 3% to 5% after pressing.

Pre-pressing only requires the pressing process to extract about 70% of the oil from the press material, and the residual oil in the cake is generally 15% to 18%, and the pre-press cake is then solvent leached for oil.

Using computerized automatic control system to make the whole pre-treatment production process safe, hygienic and smoothly running is the key point of the whole process.
