1. Phospholipid Concentrate Production Line:

Soybean concentrated phospholipid is a phospholipid product obtained by using soybean oil refining byproduct - hydrated oil foot as raw material, evaporating and dehydrating by vacuum continuous film, and then drying by decolorization and fluidization process.

Our soybean concentrated phospholipid production process has the following benefits:

(1) It can be produced intermittently in conjunction with oil refining production.

(2) Small batch production, low investment and quick results.

(3) Fully automatic control.

2. Powder phospholipid production line:

Powdered phospholipids are made from concentrated phospholipids with acetone as the solvent, extracted and de-oiled by high efficiency mixing, continuously separated by centrifuge and vacuum dried.

Our powder phospholipid production process has the following benefits:

(1) Advanced continuous extraction process with high extraction efficiency.

(2) Continuous separation and vacuum drying, which can effectively protect the activation performance of heat-sensitive substances.

(3) Fully automatic control.

3. Modified Phospholipid Production Line:

The phospholipids extracted from soybean oil feet are a mixture of various phospholipids with emulsification properties that could NOT meet different industrial uses.

Fortunately, we can obtain phospholipid products with different pathways, by hydrolysis, enzymatic digestion, acetylation, hydroxylation and hydrogenation to improve the hydrophilic or lipophilic properties of phospholipids, which is called soybean modified phospholipids.

Our soybean modified phospholipid production process has the following benefits:

(1)Modification methods can be selected according to the requirements of modified phospholipids.
