The flame-retardant conveyor belt is also called the whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt. It is made of the whole belt core which is impregnated and plasticized or vulcanized by polyvinyl chloride impregnated paste. It has the characteristics of high strength, large transportation volume and balanced transportation. Possess good flame retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties.

1. The use of flame retardant conveyor belt

This product is mainly suitable for underground transportation in coal mines, and also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries. The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.
The upper and lower covering layers of the PVC type are PVC cover glue, single-sided glue ≥ 0.8mm, the upper and lower covering layers of the PVG type are both nitrile rubber and PVC, and the thickness of the single side is 1.5mm-4.5mm. The transportation inclination angle of PVC conveyor belt is less than 16o, and the transportation inclination angle of PVG conveyor belt is less than 20o, both of which can be used for transportation in coal mines and underground.

2. Use

Mainly used in coal mines. The belt features: the belt body does not delaminate, the elongation is small, impact resistance, and tear resistance. According to different knots, it can be divided into PVC type (plastic surface), PVG type (with rubber surface added on the basis of PVC) whole-core flame retardant tape, which implements the MT914-2002 standard.
