Longitudinal stockyard gantry type scraper reclaimer is widely used in steel, cement, chemical and other industries. It is suitable for longitudinal stockyards to stacking material and blending requirements.

Longitudinal stockyard gantry type scraper reclaimer is designed as compact size, high performance, environment friendly, is an advanced equipment with advance process, efficiency blending, and automatic operation.

The longitudinal stockyard gantry type scraper reclaimer is known as gantry type and semi gantry type to meet different stockyard requirements. The semi gantry type scraper reclaimer is equipped with a over head crane to stack material, and the gantry type scraper reclaimer is used with a side stacker.

Working principle

The reclaimer is used with the stacker in the stockyard. The materials stacked by the stacker on one side of the silo move back and forth on the rail on the other side of the silo by the reclaimer. The materials are discharged into the chute through the scraper reclaiming system, and sent to the discharge belt conveyor through the chute for transportation. After each layer of material is taken by the reclaiming arm, the corresponding height shall be lowered according to the preset command, and the material stack shall be taken out layer by layer at the corresponding reclaiming operation speed until all the materials in the silo are taken out. This reclaiming process makes the materials stacked by the stacker to blend again
