The rewinder is used to the original paper roll on the unwinding stand of the rewinder and rewinding it into final paper roll according to the width & tightness requirement.This rewinding machine is generally installed after the paper machine, left hand or right hand arrangement.

This rewinding machine consists of framework device, slitting device, paper retreat device, driving device, supporting device, paper roll tension device, paper push device, hydraulic pressure system and electricity machines, etc.

Function

This slitting rewinder machine is used to slitting craft packing paper roll from the industrial jumbo rolls into narrow with jumbo rolls. It is an ideal and core equipment for paper converting factory and paper mill. The working speed is 300-2200m/min, the slitting precise is high and slitting width is adjustable.
