Sure. They will be sent soon when we have in stock. We can accept custom logo if you provide outlined AI file.The sample lead time will be 7-15 days of custom design.We can use your DHL, fedex or other arrive to pay account, otherwise, you can pay courier charge by our Paypal account: sales@aopaionline.com

4, Do you have any MOQ limit?

Yes. Normally we need 5000pcs for custom designed bottle. For stock item, we can supply 300-3000pcs.

5. Can u accept open mould? How much price?

Yes, we can open mould for glass packaging. Mould cost need to be discussed after we checked the design. Mould charge is refundable when order quantity is over 200,000pcs.

6. For bottle color, can you do any gradient?

yes, we can make any decoration you want. Such as opaque color, tranparent color, gradient color etc.

7. If any defective and broken bottles, how can you settle it for us?

We will replace the defective and broken bottles in your next order.

8. What is your shipping terms? and how long does it take arrive?

We usually ship by LCL or FCL by sea or air shipment. Transit time for sea shipment is around 30 days, for air shipment is around 7 days.

9. what is the payment term?

For new client: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before ship, payment term can be discussed when you place regular order with us.
