Each filter bag is made of ultra-fine synthetic fibers in a special weave process to avoid the discomfort that traditional glass fiber material may cause to the human body. The filter media contains electrostatic fibers, which are particularly excellent in the filtration of sub-micron dust particles. Therefore, the bag filter has the characteristics of high dust capture rate, high air permeability, and long service life.

The four sides of the filter bag are fused by ultrasonic and each filter bag is separated by a metal strip, which not only increases the strength, but also prevents the filter bag from breaking due to the wind-cut friction under high wind velocity condition.

Each filter bag has six separators evenly distributed in the bag in case of over-expansion and mutual obstruction when under wind pressure. This structure increases the effective filter area and filtration efficiency.
