FBG-30 7.5kw Fluid Bed Granulating Processor For Foodstuff Industry
Through powder granulation, fluidity is improved and dust flying is
reduced.
Improve its solubility through powder granulation.
Mixing, granulating and drying can complete granulation in one
machine.
Set pressure relief holes, once an explosion occurs, equipment

Granulation in the refrigeration industry: tablet granules,
granular granules, capsule granules. Granulation in the food
industry: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, granular juice, condiments,
etc.
Granulation in other industries:pesticides, feed, fertilizers,
pigments, dye chemicals, etc. Drying of powdery or granular wet
materials.
Coating: granule, pill protective layer, color preparation, film,
enteric coating, etc.
The material powder particles are in an annular fluidized state in
the raw material container (fluidized bed). After being preheated
and mixed by the heated air after purification, the binder solution
is sprayed into atomization, so that several particles are gathered
into agglomerates containing the binder.
Due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air, the
water in the agglomerates evaporates. The binder solidifies, and
this process is repeated continuously to form ideal and uniform
microporous spherical particles.
