Pre-treatment processing
Pre-treatment processing refers to a set of processing including alkali washing &derosination, weak acid surface adjusting, phosphating &film and washing spray that carried out to the base at the end of metal processing but before electrostatic spray.

Derosination--It is a saponification reaction of alkaline metal absorbent and Stearic acid in the metallic surface oil, which forms Sodium stearate and glycerol. Grease is fully dissolved in alkaline solution, this can remove oil.

Surface adjusting--To change the microscopic state of the metal workpiece surface to prepare for phosphorization. The surface of the workpiece adsorbs a large number of crystal nucleation and phosphating growth points in a short time and low temperature, so that the surface activity of the workpiece is homogenized.

Phosphorization--To protect matrix metal,preventing metal corrosion in a certain extent; to be used as priming before spry,improving the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating layer; In the market, many manufacturers use the passivated of raw materials, without any pre-processing, they are sprayed immediately after metal processing, resulting in poor adhesion between the coating layers and the base surface. After using more than 1year, the powder and coating will drop out.
