Normalized(NBK/+N): The last cold forming process is followed by annealing above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.

With such heat treatment: Tube surface can be free of oxide scale, bright and clean.

Production Process: Cold Drawn + Heat Treatment ( NBK / +N)

We control stable tube mechanical property, Especially stable Yield Strength ≥ 355 MPA.

Tube after necking or bending, None of crack, scratch or other surface problems.
