Usages and characteristics:

It is special for making heat retaining cotton quilt for vegetable vinyl house.This machine adopts planer-type knit stitch method,can quilt 6-8-12-14-16-18 straight lines at the same time.Uses special big hook,lockstitch.Stitchs are smooth and nice, no splitting.Working sizes and distance between straight lines can be made to order.

Speed regulating motor:speed can be adjusted to be between 0-100 stitch length 10-40mm.

Quilting thickness: 30-40mm,2-8kg/m2

Needle is special and lengthened to make sure the machine works more steadily.

The machine solves the difficulty of making heat retaining cotton quilt manually.

4,Which payment term is accepted?

30% in advanced payment by T.T and 70% paid before shipment by T.T.

5,Can you make speicial voltage of the machines?

yes,usually the machines are made with 380v,50hz,3 phases or 220v,50hz,single phases.If you need different, please inform us and we customize.
