This machine is mainly used for aluminum,copper and ACSR shaped or round conductor stranding,compacting, drawing and single-core preforming processing.

2. Features

2.1 All Cages, Pre-Spiraling Heads, Taping Head, Capstan & Take up are separately driven.

2.2 All bobbins can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously by automatic loading equipment, thereby reducing loading/unloading time to Max. 30 minutes.

2.3 Constant Bobbin back tension achieved by Electronic pneumatic valve & Single bobbin rotation is electronically sensed for maintaining consistent tension by positive motor control system or passive mechanical equipment.

2.4 Multiple bobbin size availa ble(500,630,710,etc)

2.5 Mutiple host with mutiple cage number((6.12.18.24.30)) optional.
