A. Design basic:

Raw water is underground/Borehole water,river water or tap water. the basic requirements as follows:

a. Inflow Total dissolved solids content:≤1000PPM

c. water temperature: 5-45 degree.
d. PH range: 6.5 - 8.5
e. Hardness: 600mg / L (caco3)
f. Turbidity: ≤ 10NTU
g Pollution Index: SDI <5
h. Iron: <0.3mg / L( If iron >0.3 and manganese >0.1, Must be Aeration+ Iron remove filter)

j. Free chlorine: <1mg / L

B. Client should supply basic condition:

Plant size: Customized , required floor smooth, floor ground should have drain trench.

Water quality basic steady,pressure steady.

User power supply: Customized

C.Control method:

Whole system use full/semi automatically control model, both model can be exchanged accordingly. Sand Carbon filter & water softener with auto and manual back flush.The RO system automatic flushing at each startup and shutdown. High water level auto stop, low water level auto start.Pump protected without water.

Protected when no power, poor power, larger electrical current, leakage, short circuit

D.Process flow:

Source water→Pumping to tank→Feed water pump → mutimedia filter(sands filter) →Carbon filter →Micro filter→RO system→ permeat tank→UV sterilizer(Remark: green colour client should be preare)

E.Process introduction:

1.Storage /Source /Raw tank(User prepare)

With high, low water level control.Regulate water supply to the pre-treatment, prevent the effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of booster pump.

2. Feed water pump---Provide power for the sand & active carbon filter and RO system.

3. Sand filter

Use quartz sand of different particle size of multilayer to remove larger suspended

solids, sand, impurity etc. The tank is made of stainless steel, anti-acid and anti-alkali corrosion.

4. Active carbon filter

Effective adsorb organic substances in raw water, it takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals. It provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color. Protect and prolong the life of membrane. The tank is made of stainless steel, anti-acid and anti-alkali corrosion.

5.Security filter

Remove more tiny impurities, prevent sands &active carbon leakage, effective protect the RO membrane. Features:SS-304 material

6. High pressure pump

Provide power for the RO membrane normal work, with high overheat protector, pressure controller.

7. RO system

Remove all the impurities in the water. Remove rate: 99.9%. It remove the following hard water contaminants that may be present in your water: lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium.

8. RO water tank---Store the RO production water for future use.( User prepare)

9. UV sterilizer---Bactericidal, keep the water healthy and safe.
