1. Introduction of TPU cast film production machine

(1) In the TPU cast film extrusion line manufactured by Gwell Machinery, the side of the main body of this equipment is equipped with a dehumidifying and drying system and an electrical control system. A vacuum automatic feeder is fixed on the top of the dryer, a single screw extruder is installed on the side of the dryer, and a hydraulic filter is installed on the top of the single screw extruder. The screen changer and the melting pump adopt a through connection, and then connect with the mold through a flow channel. A casting machine is placed at the bottom of the mold. After the casting, there is a five-roller cooling part, and the five-roller cooling is followed by a thickness gauge for thickness measurement. Some auxiliary devices are added after the thickness gauge according to customer requirements, such as corona device and coating. cloth device and so on, and finally the winder.

(2) Due to the high density, elasticity, and high temperature characteristics of TPU granular resin after drying, the resin is easy to be stuck in ordinary hopper instead of entering into the extruder port, so special design of the hopper and barrel discharge opening is required.
