Our factory mainly produces high speed turbine handpiece, low speed handpiece, endodontic Files, led curing light, endo motor as well as some other kinds of dental instruments, which own good features of high precision, high quality and long lifetime.

2. Can you offer OEM service?

Yes, we can offer OEM service. If you need it, welcome to contact me.

3.How can I get some samples promptly?

Please contact us and inform your courier (such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS and etc.) to collect samples from our office. For samples if their value is less than USD 50.00, we will offer them free of charge. As a courtesy, your express fee and samples charge will be refunded from your 1st order.

4.How can I get the after service? How can I get the spare part after one year warranty?

We welcome your chat online or e-mail to us regarding any technical or related questions that you may have. It’s available to buy some of the spare parts after one year warranty. Please contact with us to confirm!

5.How about the payment terms?

We accept that:
A. For Large order, 50% deposit by T/T after you confirm the order, balance paid by T/T at sight before shipment;
B. For small orders, 100% payment by T/T, Western Union, Paypal or Credit Card before delivery.

6. How long is the warranty?

The bearings have three-month or six-month warranty and the other products have one-year or six-month warranty. Different products have different warranty periods. The warranty is valid in 3 months / 1 year since the date of delivery.
