PVC High Speed Zipper Doors adopts Italy servo motor technology, with better stability and quicker response than tradtional frequency motor.

1. PVC Fabric:

Material: 1.0mm thick PVC Fabric

Other Thickness available: 1.2mm, 1.5mm

Function and performance: UV-resistant, Fire-resistant, Anti-mildew, Anti-bacteria, Self-cleaning, Oil-resistant, Acid and Alkali resistant, Anti-wicking, Anti-aging.

Special zipper design structure, connects the fabric and guide rails as a whole body, eliminating gap between them. It obviously improves overall seal performance and air tightness.

2. Motor

Italy servo technology motor. Power supply 220±10%V, 50/60Hz. Output power 0.75-1.5KW; Work temperature: -30-60 degree Celsius. With more accurate limiting and much longer work life than traditional brake motor.

3. Control system

Italy servo technology control system. With more accurate controlling of motor running than traditional encoder control. And Human-Machine Interface display is equipped, to make the daily operation and setting much easier and friendly. There is Fault Self-checking program and shows error codes when there is fault.

4. Frame and tracks

Two guide rails, one top cover and one motor cover included.

Thickness: 1.5 mm for guidrail and 1.0 mm for cover box.

Material material: standard is galvanized steel

Optional material: 304 stainless steel or aluminum alloy.

5. Safety performance

A. Safety photo cell sensor.

When there is human or vehicle under the door, the door will stop closing and get up automatically. This will avoid accident collisions.

B. Safety bottom airbag sensor

When the bottom bar of the door touches something, it will stop closing immediately and get up automatically.

C. Alarm light

When the door opens or closes, the lamp will keep flashing to warn passing human or vehicles.
