Product Introduction

High frequency welded pipe production line is mainly used for continuous production of straight seam welded pipe. It adopts high-frequency induction welding, which can not only produce round pipe but also corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipes. The high-frequency pipe welding machine is mainly used for the production of various iron pipes, construction pipes, structural pipes, water pipes, oil pipes, API Pipes, and so on.

Product Characteristics

High frequency welded pipe has good weld quality, small burr inside and outside, high welding speed, low power consumption, no pollution (circulating water cooling), and low noise.

Process Flow

Longitudinal shear → uncoiling → strip leveling → head and tail shearing → strip butt welding → looper discharging → forming → removal of burr → fixing → crack detection → flying cutting → primary inspection → pipe straightening → section processing → hydrostatic test → printing and coating → finished product

A: We have a special team to do strict QA, this is one of our strengths:
(1)Every gearbox will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
