The high line refers to the wire rod rolled by "high speed no-twist mill". Rolling speed in 80-160 m/s, each weight (disc) in 1.8-2.5 tons, high dimensional tolerance accuracy (up to 0.02mm), in the rolling process by adjusting the process parameters (especially in the cooling line) to ensure the different requirements of the product.

Steel type: high quality carbon steel, low alloy steel, spring steel, alloy steel, etc., the raw material is generally 150×150×12000mm continuous casting billet, the billet weight is 2 tons. Maximum rolling speed 95m/s, single line production capacity of 600,000 ~ 800,000 tons/year.

Main equipment of high speed wire rod coil production line:

The walking beam heating furnace is adopted to reduce the floor space and improve the heating quality of billets.

Horizontal and vertical arrangement of roughing mill, medium mill and pre-finishing mill. The whole production line realizes torsion-free rolling.

The finishing mill is equipped with 8 or 10 super heavy 45° twist-free top crossing mills. The reducing and sizing unit can be retained for on-line heat treatment. The guaranteed speed of finishing mill is 105 m/s.
