Application:

It is widely used for plant growth and tissue culture, seed Germination, seedling raising, microbial culture test, rearing of insects and small animals, BOD determination of water quality monitoring, aging and service life test of medicinal materials, timber and building materials, etc. The overhead light source can give Illuminance 15000lux, so the temperature can be controlled from 0 to 50℃(No Light 0 ~ 50 °C, with Light 10 ~ 50°C). With the high precision temperature control system, it can give the constant temperature with 0.1°C accuracy. The inner volume will be from 160L to 1500L, so it can be suitable for different requirement.

1. The shell of the upgraded equipment is sprayed with cold-rolled steel plate and adopts integral sealing heat preservation.

2. The microcomputer full-automatic large screen LCD controller is with 9 working program groups and each group with 99 program segments control or day and night switching control mode.

3. LCD controller with Standard Time display function, so that the user to grasp the experimental time more convenient and simple. If there is a failure, the controller will timely alarm.

4. Light-emitting chip lamp is suitable for plant growth, light bead wavelength range is 400-780nm, luminous Color Temperature Index: 4500K;

5. The refrigeration unit of the equipment adopts the brand compressor, uses the non-fluorine Environmental Protection Refrigerant; the intellectualized temperature adjustment way, will identify the environmental climate change automatically, will adjust the difference of refrigeration up and down, takes into account the accuracy of temperature control and the energy-saving performance of electricity consumption.

6. In order to achieve more stable experimental results, a specially designed air duct with horizontal and vertical circulation effect is adopted to ensure the uniformity of air flow in each layer of the sample.

7. The equipment is equipped with Air Inlet Control Valve, which can adjust the air circulation in and out of the box manually.

8. The control system has the functions of sound and light alarm, automatic interruption of operation due to exceeding the set high temperature range, and self-protection such as power failure and power recovery to protect the safety of samples and experimental environment.
