Working principle and process of color sorter:

1. The working principle of the color sorter is that the camera determines the color depth of the material by photographing the material. If the color exceeds or is lower than the set value, the material will be rejected by the air jet.

2. When the color sorter starts to work, the materials in the feed hopper are sent to the slide under the action of the vibrator, and the falling materials are compared by the camera. If unqualified materials are found, they are blown into the defective hopper by the spray valve.
