Application environment

Our company can produce 20-150mm of low, medium and high chromium alloy cast balls. We use large angle steel, high-quality scrap steel and other materials to add chromium, manganese, vanadium, titanium, rare earth metals, etc. according to different product needs, so that the product has high hardness, low wear, strong toughness, and less broken. the surface hardness of the sphere will be further improved, and the wear resistance will be enhanced during use. It is widely used in powder equipment and ultra-fine deep processing in cement building materials, metal mines, coal slurry thermal power, chemical engineering, ceramic coatings, light work papermaking, magnetic materials and other industries.

Production Process:

(1) Fully automatic hot-rolled steel ball production process

Manual placement and storage rack → automatic feeding device feeding → feeding device for the nip roll in front of the furnace → heating in the electric furnace → rapid discharge of the nip roll → entering the rolling machine → rolling ball heat treatment and quenching system → steel ball residual temperature automatic Tempering device → finished steel ball → packaging.

(2) Semi-automatic roll forging steel ball production process:

Round steel blanking → automatic induction thermoelectric furnace heating → pre-forging forming → rolling forging into balls → automatic isothermal transmission → heat treatment quenching system → back to incubator → packaging.

(3) Production process of air hammer forging steel balls:

Round steel blanking → automatic induction thermoelectric furnace heating → air hammer forging → automatic isothermal transmission → heat treatment quenching system → return to incubator → packaging.

Based on customer’s requirement, the steel balls could be produced according to China Standard GB/T 308.1, International Standard ISO 3290, America Standard ANSI/ABMA Std. 10A, Germany Standard DIN 5401, Japan Standard JIS B 1501 etc.
