Phosphor bronze is a hard alloy of copper, nickel and phosphorus, and can be used to make springs [1]. Using P to remove oxygen from copper and bronze (Cu-Sn) and to leave a small amount of P, and adding 1%P to Cu alloy to improve mechanical properties (toughness, elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance). Mainly used as wear - resistant parts and elastic components

Phosphor bronze composition:

1) C5111:3.5%～4.5%Sn,0.03%～ 0.35%P,>99.5%(Cu+Sn+P)

2) C5102:4.5% ～5.5%Sn,0.03%～0.35%P,>99.5%(Cu+Sn+ P)

3) PBC2:87.0%～91.0%Cu,9.0%～12.0% S,0.05%～0.20%P
