U - shaped fixed clip parts, material for SPCC, material thickness T =1.5mm. The structure of the parts is complex, the main process is multi-channel bending, bending size is difficult to control. Therefore, the forming process is designed: punching, turning hole, feeding and 6 bending forming. The main characteristics of this part are: there are many long and narrow slots, irregular long and narrow slots and many bending, because of the higher requirements of the perpendicularity of bending, in the mold structure design, must take full consideration to reduce the parts of the bending springback process measures.
