Double drum winch
In order to meet the requirements of , the winch is usually
designed as a multi-shaft drive and separate transportation, which

installation workload. To this end, the transmission scheme of the
winch, power input mode and the structure of the winch frame have
done pioneering work, my company designed a multi drums winch. The
winch is mainly composed of base, winch frame, roller shaft, sand
drum shaft, shaft drive boxes, disc brake, crash-proof crown
device, main brake mechanism and automatic driller, etc, and power
shift between the input shaft and the shaft adopts mechanical
transmission, drive shaft and roller shifting between adopts
pneumatic clutch to shift, with four are blocked, reverse gear.
Finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the drum
shaft and check its strength and stiffness. The analysis and check
results show that the design of the drum and frame of the winch is
reasonable and meets the practical work requirements.
